How to get my password reminder?

Enter your email address (the one you registered with) and our system will send you a password reset link automatically.

If you still don’t receive it, please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder in your email — sometimes automated emails land there by mistake.

When you can’t log in to your profile, it usually means one of two things:

You receive event updates and matchmaker tips, but you don’t have a profile yet.

How can I update profile information?

Log in to your account using your e-mail and password.

Your ABOUT ME section contains various fields of your profile which you can update:

Basics – basic profile information (age, location, etc.)
My personality – details about your lifestyle, hobbies, interests, music tastes, etc.
My sexuality – your sexual preferences and intimacy expectations.
My partner – preferences for your partner’s qualities, age range, lifestyle, etc.
My registration data – your contact information, name, email, etc.

To change the information, click on any of these fields and press EDIT to submit your changes.

Please allow 24–48 hours for your changes to be activated, as activation is a manual process and requires our managers to confirm and approve them.

Once your changes are confirmed, you will receive a notification e-mail from us.
If you run into any issues during this process, please write to help@oksanalove.com.

How can I change name, email, or address in profile?

To change your name, email, or mailing address in your profile, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to the “ABOUT ME” section.
3. Choose “My registration data”.
4. Click the “Edit” button.
5. Make the necessary changes and click “Submit form”.

Please allow 24–48 hours for us to confirm your changes.
Once everything is approved, you will be notified by e-mail.

❗ Important: Your LOGIN e-mail (the one you use to sign in) will NOT be changed automatically and will remain the same, even if you update your contact email in the profile.

I met a woman — how can I cancel my profile?

First of all — congratulations! 🎉 We’re happy you met someone special.

If you are in a committed relationship and would like to cancel or deactivate your profile, please send us a request via email to help@oksanalove.com from the email address you used to register your account.

In your message, please include:
• Your full name
• Your profile ID (if you remember it)
• A short note that you met someone and would like to cancel or deactivate your profile.

Our support team will process your request and send you a confirmation once your profile is removed or deactivated in the system.

What is the Intimacy Attachment Test?

The Intimacy Attachment Test is a short psychological test that helps you (and us) better understand your attachment style in intimate relationships – how you bond, connect, handle closeness, and respond to emotional needs in a relationship.

Based on your answers, the test shows patterns like whether you tend to be more secure, anxious, avoidant, or a mix of styles when it comes to intimacy, emotional closeness, and commitment.

This information helps you:
• Better understand your own emotional needs
• See what type of partner may be more compatible for you
• Improve your communication in relationships
• Avoid repeating painful relationship patterns from the past

We use your test results to help you choose matches who are more likely to be emotionally compatible with you — and to give you more tailored coaching advice if you’re in our coaching or matchmaking programs.

Why is knowing a woman’s Intimacy Attachment Test results important?

The Intimacy Attachment Test shows how a woman approaches closeness, bonding, trust, communication, and commitment in relationships.

Knowing her attachment tendencies helps you:

• Understand how she is likely to behave in a long-term relationship (opens up fast, slowly, protects herself, avoids conflict, etc.)
• Adapt your communication in a way that feels safe and supportive for her
• Reduce misunderstandings, emotional triggers, and unnecessary conflicts

Can I change my password?

Yes, you can change your password.

To do so, log in to your profile and navigate to your account settings or “My registration data” (depending on your current interface version). There you should see an option to change your password.

If you can’t find this option or something is not working correctly, contact support at help@oksanalove.com and we’ll help you reset or change your password manually.

Where can I review my previous purchases?

To review your previous purchases, log in to your account and navigate to your personal profile area.

Look for a section like:
• “My Orders”
• “Billing”
• or “Account / Purchases”

There you should see the list of services you purchased, such as:
• Memberships
• Dating Mastery Club
• Matchmaking services
• Virtual Speed Dating tickets
• Video dates, etc.

If you don’t see your purchase history or something doesn’t match your expectations, please contact our accounting department at irina@oksanalove.com — include your full name and the email you used for payment so we can locate all transactions connected to you.

What information from my profile do you share publicly?

Your profile is visible only to registered and verified women inside our members area – it is NOT publicly visible on Google or open to random visitors.

Women can see your:

• Profile photos (those you set as visible)
• Basic profile info (age, country, city, height, etc.)
• Description about yourself (hobbies, values, lifestyle)
• Information about the partner you are seeking
• Intimacy attachment test results (if you’ve completed the test and chosen to share them)

We DO NOT publicly share your:
• Email address
• Phone number
• Exact address
• Billing information
• Any private messages

Your data is securely stored and protected. Only verified women have access to men’s profiles, and other men cannot view your profile or pictures.

How do you verify women in your database?

We take safety and authenticity very seriously, and we use a multi-step process to verify women before they are approved in our database.

Typical verification steps may include:

• ID verification (passport or national ID)
• Cross-checking personal data (name, age, marital status, etc.)
• In-depth questionnaire about their relationship goals and background
• Video verification and/or live video calls with our staff
• Ongoing moderation and quality checks for activity on the platform

Our goal is to make sure that women in our database are real, serious about relationships, and understand the rules and standards of our community.

Even with this, we still encourage you to communicate, ask questions, and use our matchmaking support if you want to understand a woman’s background and intentions more deeply.

What do the “Verified” and “Non-Verified” tags on a woman’s profile mean?

“Verified” means that the woman has passed our internal verification process, which may include identity checks, document verification, profile interview, and sometimes a video verification.

A “Non-Verified” profile may belong to a real and sincere woman, but she has not yet completed or passed the full verification process.

We recommend prioritizing communication with “Verified” women – however, if you feel a connection with someone who is not yet verified, you can always request additional background information through your matchmaker or support, or suggest a video date to confirm her identity and intentions.

Can I see the “Real Look” of the woman?

Yes. Many women upload both professional photos and casual photos.

If you would like to see a more natural, everyday look of a woman (without professional makeup, filters, or studio lighting), you can:

• Check her additional photos in the gallery (if available)
• Ask your matchmaker to request more casual photos
• Arrange a video date or join Virtual Speed Dating – this is the best way to see her real look, mannerisms, and energy in real time

We always encourage live interaction (video, events) as the most honest way to connect beyond photos.

Is my profile verified? How can I get the “Verified” tag so women know I am real?

If you are not sure whether your profile is verified, please contact support or your matchmaker and we will check your status.

To become “Verified”, you may be asked to:

• Provide a copy of your ID (passport or national ID)
• Confirm your personal details (age, city, relationship status, etc.)
• Possibly complete a short video verification or live call

Once your verification is complete, we will add a “Verified” tag to your profile so women can see that you are a genuine member with confirmed identity.

Photos

How can I add my photos?

In your profile, in “My OksanaLove” – go to ABOUT ME → MY PHOTOS.

On that page, you can upload your photos from your device.

Important guidelines:

• Photos must be JPEG format.
• Size should be less than 2MB and under 2000 px on the longer side.
• Choose clear, natural, and recent photos that show your face well.

Once you upload your photos, please allow 24–48 hours for our moderators to review and approve them.

If you experience any issues while adding your photos, please contact help@oksanalove.com and we’ll assist you.

How to change / remove photos in profile?

You can delete or change your photos in the MY PHOTOS section of your profile.

To remove a photo:

1. Go to ABOUT ME → MY PHOTOS
2. Find the photo you want to remove
3. Click the delete/remove option under that photo

If you want to replace a photo, you can delete the old one and upload a new one in its place.

If you need help, please contact help@oksanalove.com and include the photo reference number (shown under each image) so we know exactly which photo you’re referring to.

Can you edit photos in profile to make them sharper and brighter so they attract more attention of women?

Yes, we have a team of photo editors who can make your photos sharper, brighter, and more visually attractive, while still keeping them realistic and natural.

Good photos make a huge difference in how women perceive you. Profiles with sharper and brighter photos get many times more views and responses compared to those with dark, blurry, or low-quality pictures.

If you’d like us to help you optimize your photos, please contact your matchmaker or support at help@oksanalove.com to discuss available options and packages.

Can I send my picture to a specific person instead of posting it in my profile?

The site does not provide an option to send a picture as a file attachment with your letters.

All photos you add to your profile that are approved by the photo moderator can be viewed in your photo gallery.

You can choose to upload photos only to your photo gallery and leave your main profile without photos, but this is NOT recommended.

From our experience, if there are no profile photos visible, most women will assume that you have no photos and will not bother checking your gallery separately.

If you choose to keep your photos only in the gallery and not in your profile, make sure to tell the women you’re communicating with that they can view your photos in your gallery section.

IMPORTANT: Your data and your photos are password protected. That means:

• Your data is NOT visible to the public
• Only confirmed and approved women can see men’s profiles and photos
• Other men do not have access to your photos or profile

Your photos will not be sold or distributed to other sites or services. They stay exclusively within our secure members area.

How to view women’s photos?

To view a woman’s photos, open her profile. You will see her main profile photo at the top and, if available, additional photos in her gallery.

Some advanced or intimate photos may require an upgraded membership or special access, depending on your level of membership and her privacy settings.

If you have any issues viewing photos that should be available to you based on your membership level, please contact help@oksanalove.com so we can help you.

Why can’t I view women’s additional photos in her gallery?

There may be a few reasons:

• Some gallery photos are available only to members with a certain membership level.
• The woman may have set her additional photos to “private” or limited-access.
• Your current subscription or membership program may not include access to certain types of content.

If you believe you should have access but still cannot view her photos, please contact help@oksanalove.com so we can check your profile and membership settings.

Why do you charge for additional photos of the woman?

Additional photos often include more personal, casual, or sometimes more intimate views of a woman’s life.

We charge for some of this content because:

• It compensates women for sharing more of their private life and time
• It helps us maintain a serious and respectful environment
• It filters out people who are not sincere or serious about real connection

At the same time, we encourage you to move towards communication beyond just photos – letters, video dates, and events give you a much deeper and more real understanding of the woman than photos alone.

Why can’t I view women’s video?

Some women’s videos are available only to members with a certain level of access or as part of specific programs and services.

If you see that a profile has a video but you cannot view it, it may be because:

• Your current membership level doesn’t include video access
• The video is restricted to certain types of members (for example, those in active matchmaking programs)
• There may be a temporary technical issue

If you’re not sure why you can’t view videos, please contact help@oksanalove.com and we’ll check your account and explain your options.

Why can’t I view women’s photos and videos?

If you cannot view any photos or videos at all, please check the following:

• Make sure you are logged in to your profile
• Check if your membership level includes access to photos/videos
• Try another browser or device in case there is a technical issue

If after these steps you still cannot view photos or videos, please contact technical support at help@oksanalove.com and describe the problem (include screenshots if possible). We will help you resolve it.

To schedule a consultation, use the booking link provided by your matchmaker or our support team.

If you don’t have a link yet, you can:

We’ll send you an online calendar where you can choose a time that works for you, and your matchmaker will meet you on Zoom or via phone, depending on what is specified.

What is Dating Mastery Club (DMC)?

Dating Mastery Club is our ongoing coaching and support membership for men who want to:

We do, however, encourage you to attend live whenever possible because:

• You can get personalized feedback
• You connect more deeply with the coach and the group

Can I pause my Dating Mastery Club membership?

In some cases, it may be possible to temporarily pause your Dating Mastery Club membership.

To request a pause, please contact our accounting or support team at irina@oksanalove.com or help@oksanalove.com and explain your situation.

They will let you know what options are available in your current plan and how pausing will affect your access and billing.

Searching for personals by ID, name, age, country, etc.

Log into your account using your login name (your e-mail address) and password.

At the top of your profile, find the menu WOMEN → SEARCH PERSONALS.

When the new page with search criteria opens, you can search by:

• ID
• Name
• Country and city
• Age
• Height and weight
• Other filters, depending on what is available

You can also use the reverse search option – enter your age into the reverse search box to see the list of women who are looking for a man your age.

I need more information about the woman that is not listed in her profile, can I request it somehow?

Yes, if you want more information about a woman that is not visible in her profile, you can:

• Contact your matchmaker and ask for additional background information
• Or contact support at help@oksanalove.com and specify the woman’s ID and what exactly you would like to know

We will then check what kind of additional information we can obtain and share with you, always respecting the woman’s privacy and our internal policies.

Do you charge for each letter like other companies do?

Great question! And the short answer is: Absolutely not.

We do NOT charge per letter the way some traditional “pay-per-letter” dating sites do.

Instead, we offer membership-based and program-based access, where your communication with women (letters, chats, etc.) is included in your plan, depending on the level of your membership.

This structure is much more honest and efficient, because:

• You’re not pressured to send more letters just to spend more money
• You can focus on real communication instead of calculating every message
• You avoid the “letter addiction” trap of some sites, where the business model is built on keeping you chatting forever

Why do I need to exchange letters before requesting a woman’s direct contact information?

To write a letter, open the woman’s profile.

At the top of her profile, you will see a message or envelope icon — click on it to open the message window.

From there, you can write your letter and send it directly to her inbox.

If you’re not sure what to write in your first letter, your matchmaker or Dating Mastery Club content can help you with templates and suggestions to make a strong, authentic first impression.

Why can’t I send a message to a woman?

The ability to write full letters on the site is available only to members with an active membership or participation in one of our programs.

If you can’t send messages, it may be because:

• You haven’t activated a membership or program yet
• Your membership has expired
• There is a technical issue with your account

Can I check the status of my previously sent letter?

You can track all sent messages from your “Sent Messages” or “Tracking” section.

Find the letter you wish to track. Under each message, you will see its status, such as:

• Sent
• Translated
• Read
• Replied to

This option is free and available to all members.

Why can’t I respond to a message in my inbox?

There are a few reasons why the Reply button may not work or may be limited:

• Your membership level does not allow sending letters
• Your membership has expired or is on hold
• There is a technical issue with your account
• The woman’s profile has been deactivated or blocked

Why do I see “removed by moderator” in the message I received from a woman?

The phrase “removed by moderator” appears when a woman tries to share direct contact details (such as phone, email, social media, etc.) in a message before you are both allowed to exchange direct contacts.

We remove such information to:

• Protect women from unsafe or premature direct exposure
• Ensure that both of you follow our safety and communication guidelines
• Encourage a healthy process: letters → emotional connection → verified contact exchange

Once you reach the required level of communication and/or membership, you will have an option to officially request and share direct contacts in a safe, structured way.

Contacts

How can I exchange contact information with a woman?

Exchanging direct contacts is available only to members of specific programs or membership levels.

There are three main ways to exchange contact information:

1️⃣ Through the automatic contact exchange button
Once you and the woman have exchanged the required number of letters (depending on your membership), the “Exchange contacts” button will become active in her profile. When you click it, she will receive a request. If she agrees, an automatic email with her contact details will be sent to your inbox.

2️⃣ During Virtual Speed Dating events
During these events, you can share your contact details with women directly by clicking the corresponding button on the screen.

3️⃣ Through your matchmaker
Your matchmaker can facilitate the contact exchange after arranging a successful video date between you and the woman.

Why can’t I request a woman’s contact details?

If the button to request direct contact details is inactive or not available, it may be because:

• You haven’t yet exchanged the required number of letters with her
• Your membership level doesn’t include direct contact exchange
• There might be a restriction on her profile
• Your account is not in good standing

Check your membership details or contact help@oksanalove.com to find out what exactly is needed in your case.

How many messages do we need to exchange before we can exchange direct contacts?

The required number of messages depends on your specific membership or program.

In general, you need to exchange a short sequence of letters with the woman so that both of you can get to know each other a little and feel comfortable before moving to direct contact.

For exact details applicable to your account, please check your membership description or contact help@oksanalove.com or your matchmaker.

How can I send my contact details to a woman?

You should NOT send your direct contact details inside regular letters, as they may be removed by moderators for safety reasons.

Instead, use one of the approved ways:

• Click the official “Exchange contacts” button when it becomes available
• Share contacts during Virtual Speed Dating events using the event interface
• Ask your matchmaker to exchange contacts after a successful video date

These methods ensure that contact exchange happens safely and in a controlled way.

For security reasons, do NOT include your full card number in the email.

Instead, in your email please:

• Mention that you would like to update your card details
• Provide your full name and email used for your account
• Provide a phone number where we can reach you

Our accounting team will contact you and safely collect the new card details over the phone or via a secure method.

How can I request a refund?

Please note that all our products and services are generally non-refundable.

Any credit added to your account can usually only be used for OksanaLove products and services.

At the time of acquiring a membership, you are provided with a detailed contract that outlines the terms of your membership.

Please review the full details and discuss any questions or concerns with your matchmaker before signing.

How much do your services cost?

The cost of our services depends on the level of membership or program you choose.

I met a woman — can I cancel my payment plan for the matchmaking program?

We are always happy to hear you’ve met someone special! 🎉

However, if you are on an installment plan or payment plan for a matchmaking program, it is important to understand that:

• In most cases, the full program fee is still due, because the service has already been rendered (matchmaking, introductions, coaching, etc.)
• Early success is actually the goal of the program — and not a reason to discount or cancel it

I met a woman — how can I cancel my Dating Mastery Club subscription?

If you met someone and feel you no longer need ongoing Dating Mastery Club support, you can request to cancel your subscription.

Please send your request to irina@oksanalove.com or help@oksanalove.com from the email associated with your account.

Make sure to specify:

• Your full name
• The email used for your account
