| Do the photos on the right depict real women from Almaty currently looking for men?

Yes. All of the photos depict active members of our agency from Almaty, Karaganda and some other nearby cities, and they will be invited to our events along with many other women. |

Will I meet thousands of beautiful women on this tour? |
| No. The approximately 4-500 women we will introduce you to were carefully selected for their beauty, education and family values. We believe these women are really looking to create a happy family, with the right man. We will surround you with the right atmosphere, everything is up to you. Should you need any help, feel free to talk to our American Tour Director (Oksana Gaertner), the President of the Local Agencies (Mrs. Oksana Gaertner), the local Managers, or the interpreters. We will be there for YOU to succeed! |
| Is this a sex tour? |
| No. If that is what you really want, please look elsewhere. |
| Will I be interviewing women at tables with a pad and pencil? |
| If someone really interests you, you should listen carefully to what she has to say and remember it. Europeans tend to believe in love at first sight or, at least, love at first conversation. Please don't blow it by making the first experience a "job interview". |
| If I only have a woman's postal address, how can I arrange on short notice to meet her? |
| As the time for postal communication draws tight, we will be ready to send special telegrams for your ladies to arrange with us to be at an event or appointment to meet you. Tour members can email their requests also. If we have a telephone number for the lady of your choice we'll also try to reach her on the phone. |
| Should I know at least a little Russian? |
| If you ask, the tour leader and assistants will give you lots of free language instruction for the length of the tour. Bring a pocket dictionary and we will show you how to read the Cyrillic letters. Know a little about the metric system while you are at it. Women won't know how many feet tall they are or how many pounds they weigh. Please don't be overwhelmed by the metric system. If you think about it a little, you already know it and have been using it all your life. A dollar has 10 dimes in it, and ten cents make up a dime. A century is 100 years; a cent is 1/100 of a dollar. You see, you already know the basics. The next step is: 1 inch = 2.5 centimeters (Here it is again. "Centi" - meter, e.g. 100 centimeter is 1 meter. 12 inches=30.5 cm. A 5'5" tall lady is about 165 cm. The weights are equally simple: 1 kg = 2.2 pounds. If someone tells you she is 56 kg, multiply it by 2.2, 123 lbs.). We are ready to interpret between English, Russian and German at our events and outings. |
| Why take a tour to meet a Russian woman? |
| That is easy. Have you seen the movie "Witness" or the film "Brigadoon?" In both films, the man found happiness with someone not influenced by the media of his home country. If you prefer to date Caucasians who aren't influenced in cookie-cutter fashion by worldly pop culture, Kazakhstan has the most traditional women population of whom you want. |
| How will I work with on getting a flight and a visa? |
We will take care of the flight. Give us a fax number if you can. Stay in contact with us via fax or e-mail oksanalove.com
Oksanalove will take care of all the paperwork for US clients, i.e. all necessary invitation letters, visas, etc. The cost of document preparation is included in the tour price.
For non US clients we will get invitation letter and give step - by - step instructions for receiving visa.
Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months past the date of your return.
It is all easy, unless you still have to apply for a passport! If you wish, you may check into health insurance providers in your home country (when you arrive for the tour we will teach you how to quickly find western grade medical facilities in Almaty in case of emergency). | What do I need to bring to Almaty? |
| Breakfast will be in the hotel, you will get transportation to and from the airport and a planned city tour. For going out with your date, you still might wish to bring about $6-800 cash or less if you have some ATM cards that you are sure will work. There are western ATMs all over in Almaty. You can bring Travelers Checks, banks do charge fee 2-3% for exchanging Travelers Checks. MAKE SURE: upon entry you will fill out your Customs Declaration in duplicate and mark exactly how much money you have with you. Sometimes Customs Officers will actually count it! Keep this stamped and signed Declaration with you until you leave the country. When leaving, you have to fill out another Customs Declaration in duplicate and state your remaining money with you. You may not take out more money with you, than you came in with, unless, you have receipts showing that you have used your ATM card. |
| Pack late winter clothes, sunscreen, bug repellent, etc. in no more than two suitcases. (Remember your suitcases will go through old rickety x-ray machines at customs and airline security). Your personal medication, films and camera should be with you in your carry-on baggage. The socials will all have an informal dress code but business casual will impress women. Bring a photo album of your home and city, and also some state maps. If a woman is interested in you, she will want to see maps and photos. Bring a jar or two of fresh ground coffee and some exotic soap as presents for a woman's family. Maybe a bottle of perfume for the special one will be great. Stuffed animals are rare and much appreciated. Do not bring toilet paper or bottled water. We will provide you with this. Do not bring anything that requires 110 volts of electricity. Pack a travel alarm clock. Your cell phone probably will not work even if it is GSM compatible. On the other hand if you have an Ericsson or Motorola TriBand GSM phone, you can purchase a local GSM chip card and use it in your phone. The Network frequency is 900MHz. We will also show you how to make long distance calls from your hotel, albeit at $8.00 a minute you will not want to talk for long. We will help you to buy calling cards with the rates 0,25 $ a minute. |
