Cancellation / Refund Policy

We currently have over 300 members from Kiev, Ukraine (some of them are not placed on our web-site yet but coming soon) and other cities, who are actively looking for love and marriage. Another 200 women member lives within a reasonable traveling distance from Kiev.
Our ladies have received thousands of letters. Many of these women have been asking us why so many men write to them, but they do not come. Perhaps, because of the great distance involved? Or many men are just not comfortable traveling to far away places alone? Now the excuses are baseless. We have put together the greatest adventure, a trip for 10-15 lucky men to take our tour. For our tour, a group of 15 lucky men will have plenty of women around them participating at gatherings and outings. Our American tour leader will help you with your airline booking on a flight any cities of USA, as well as guide you through a stress free effort in obtaining an entry/exit tourist visa. If you are from a country other than the USA, he might still be able to help you with these.

At the Kiev airport, your host Oksana Gaertner will help you after immigration and customs to board your bus to the hotel. The hotel we selected is comfortable with all the amenities you will need. You should have a good night sleep after such a tiring trip.

Saturday afternoon at 1:00 P.M. is the first Social.

If you feel you want to go to another city to meet additional ladies, we will be happy to arrange social or personal meetings with as many ladies as you want. Welcome to Kiev, the beautiful capital of the Ukraine situated along the banks of the Dnepr River. With a population of 3 million people, this lively city offers a number of historical sites to its visitors. Some of the attractions include the Cathedral of St. Sophia, Church of St. Andrew, and the Golden Gate, which dates back to the year 1037.

Kiev is also home to 60 diplomatic missions and embassies, including a resident American community of news correspondents, professors, students, and diplomats. The Ukraine has established diplomatic relations with over 135 countries from around the world, and as a result, the presence of foreign tourists is constant year round.

As a major industrial center, the economic development of Kiev has been enhanced by its location along the banks of the Dnepr River. The Dnepr connects the Baltic countries to the Black and Mediterranean Sea's, and access to the Danube allows for Ukrainian trading with Austria, Germany, and the Balkans. Today many companies specializing in electronics, food and chemical production, and aviation technology are calling Kiev home.

Largely destroyed during World War II, Kiev has been extensively restored. For those interested in theater there is the beautiful Kiev Opera House offering excellent operas and ballet. In its 75th year, the Ivan Franko Theater is home to Ukrainian comedy, musicals, and dramas, including the original version of Fiddler on the Roof.

For those who prefer outdoor activities Kiev offers river cruises on the Dnepr that depart from the river terminal. A cruise on the third largest river in Europe gives you a chance to observe the beautiful panorama of the city and the surrounding countryside. Most of the ships have multiple desks and have bars and dancing. There are helicopter tours over Kiev and along the Dnepr, including the town of Uman, which features the huge outdoor park of Sophia.

The hydro park on the nearby island of Peredmastnaya Slobo is a popular summertime destination offering many beaches for swimming. In addition, there are water slides, tennis courts, and areas for volleyball. Numerous restaurants, casinos, and discos are here, and are open well into the evening.

For the convenience of our clients we have chosen hotels in each tour destination that has multiple bars and restaurants with different types of cuisine, shopping centers, Internet access, swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, casino, night club, and currency exchange. Most have an ATM inside or nearby.
The hotels Oksanalove has chosen are surrounded by quiet green zones, parks, and lakes. The hotels are within walking distance from the commercial and entertainment areas as well as historical and architectural sites.

Description of our hotel rooms

Every single room has either a king or queen size bed, color TV set with cable television (8 channels), telephone with International calling availability, mini-bar, radio, electric alarm clock, a set of promotional materials. Breakfast (open buffet) is included.

Many of our competitors are choosing lesser quality hotels just to minimize their expenses. At Oksanalove we want our clients to feel comfortable while away from home, first and foremost.

Service

Oksanalove is the only agency taking care of all the paperwork for US clients, i.e. all necessary invitation letters, visas, etc. The cost of document preparation is included in the tour price.
Our competitors charge you for these services additionally, or just let you take care of it yourself.

Travel arrangements (Airline Tickets)

Oksanalove gives you flexibility with your travel needs; we don't push you to originate your flight in New York if you are from other part of USA. We will get you airline tickets from any point of origin in the continental US you choose as your departure city. For your convenience, you will arrive with the tour group as well or we will arrange additional airport / hotel transfers for you at no additional cost.
Oksanalove has its own team of travel agents, who are working for you to help you save as much money as possible on airline tickets.
Our competitors require that you have to depart from New York, or take a land only tour which does not include air transportation or airport / hotel transfers, leaving you to arrange it in a foreign country you need to take care of it yourself even if you don't speak the local language they don't care.
