Suggestion/Answer : Hello, Dave.
It is difficult for me to give you an advice as I don't know how close your relationships with this woman, what she likes, how she looks like, if she lives alone or has a child, mother, father. These little things can make a whole difference.
If you tell me how long you know her for, and if you had met already before, I can give you some ideas.
Like for example if you had met with her before and you have close relationships, then a "Victoria Secret" lingerie will be a great choice. A very nice and quality lingerie is very expensive over there, and not many can afford it. But this will be a "personal" gift only in case you know woman well. It will be offensive to her if your relationships are not on so close yet.
If she doesn't know English and would like to learn it, you can send her some CDs and some books to learn English. But again, this is in a case she wants to learn English and if you had spoke about it before.
Every little thing particular to your State, if your state is famous for something. Of course, don't send her corn or wine :-)
You can send her tee short with your state's or city name on it.
